here, have some whining

I still haven't watched the last two episodes of Justified or SGU, because it feels like more effort than I want to exert. I did manage to make it through this week's SYTYCD, but only because I didn't to get spoiled by Facebook, and I'm gonna need to check Facebook soon.
Other than the spectacular camera failure at the beginning of the performance show, I was pleasantly surprised by the choreography, the dancing, and the stage. I still love Adam Shankman as a judge more than is probably healthy, and I like Mia Michaels about ten times more than I did in seasons 1-5. I'm not sure if that's her change or mine.
I have houseguests arriving sometime tomorrow, or possibly Sunday, and I honestly don't know which. The phone call informing me of when they were coming to visit was oddly stilted, and I literally hadn't talked to either of them in the two years prior. No calls, no text messages, no Facebook comments, nothing. I suspect, despite the fact that visiting me means they have to go south then west rather than directly home, that I'm hosting them for their convenience while traveling rather than any real desire for us to hang out.
I am tired, and hungry, and on day one of my period (which arrived, as it its wont, at 28-plus-or-minus 7 days, so that's always a fun surprise) and I do not want to clean or worry about where they're going to sleep or what we're going to eat or what the hell we're going to do for 36 hours. I would like to nap with my cat and then magically have pizza arrive without my having to either figure out where I left my wallet when I got home, or answer the door. Or find a pizza place.
Also, I have some sort of credit card wackiness where I have pending charges, but because they're pending I can't tell what they are, and because they're pending, I can't pay them off, and because they're pending, I also can't make another purchase without asking the credit card company to up my limit, which I don't want to do because the last three times I called and pressed the buttons to speak to an actual person, the system hung up on me after a couple minutes on hold.
