I had a third thought when I started this.

(no subject)

I have a confession to make: I like Burger King's vanilla milkshakes. I like them even though when it's completely melted, they still sort of have the consistency of a milkshake because of whatever gummy shit they add to thicken. Today I discovered that even when frozen "solid" after several hours in the freezer... they still have pretty much the same consistency as they do in any other phase. Better living through chemistry, my friends.

I swear that this is not TMI territory: I am excited to announce that for the first time in several years, I have an underwear drawer! I also have a sock drawer, and a sweater drawer, and a jeans drawer, and several other drawers I haven't allocated yet. What this means is that my bedroom furniture arrived. As of today, seven and a half months after moving in, I now have at least two pieces of furniture in each room, and all of my permanent light fixtures installed.

However, I do not own a single bookcase yet. Baby steps.

This has been an exciting week for my living space, which means it has been a week that Sammy mostly spent hiding in the closet behind the luggage. He is currently sitting on top of my new dresser, glaring at me.

stupid weather

*shakes fist* stupid thunderstorms knocked out my TV, so no SYTYCD for me tonight. At least they're putting it up on Hulu now.
