I was gone again, but now I'm back.

You know who else probably thinks I'm a dude? My new guild, which appears to be mostly peopled by folks who live less than 40 miles north of all the guys in my last guild. Given the number and distribution of English-language gamers in the world, that seems odd.
I have a history of being inaudible in voice chat, so now I don't even bother plugging in my microphone, but it's been interesting to be on ventrilo again, and just... listen to people talk. It's very much like when I don't listen to music at home for a while, and then after turning the radio on, my living space suddenly has a totally different character.
This is good, I think. It is, however, cutting into my multi-tasking time. I can totally read game text and watch TV at the same time, but I definitely can't listen to two things at once.
Also, I am tired. This is possibly because I have lived mostly off Pepperidge Farm and Entenmann's for the past 36 hours. Tomorrow, less processed food, more thinking. Maybe.
