healingmirthI finally made it through the Les Mis movie, with occasional pauses to distract me from throwing things at Marius and Cosette (mostly Cosette. I would say that this Cosette wasn't helped by Amanda Seyfried's reedy performance, but it does sort of drive home that particularly useless-by-circumstance Cosette.)
Anyway. Was curious to see what, if any, digression the fandom had taken under the Les Misérables (2012) tag on AO3, and one of the most popular results is Enjolras/Grantaire modern AU with a kitten, because of course it is.
Which I am entirely in favor of. But, yeah.
Wasn't there a modern (and sort of chaotic-neutral, if I remember correctly, which I probably don't) guerrilla AU floating around somewhere for them? I'm pretty sure I didn't finish reading whatever it is I started.
And now, for something completely different: So You Think You Can Dance finale tonight! Bisected by President Obama's address to the nation about Syria!
