Having places to work or study or read that are not my home and are not a coffeehouse or a bookstore. I have a really absurd love for the Student Learning Center on Friday afternoons, when it is less student and more learning center. However, I've also found a desk I really like in the science library, a building that makes Millikan Library look posh.

Open access to hundreds of journal subscriptions.

Classes. I actually like going to class. The associated reading and work? Not so much. Also, as Eddie Izzard says:

I watch a lot of educational stuff on telly as well, and I think it’s great, ‘cause you can just watch it and then fuck off; you can go, “Really? Oh, really? Oh, really?” That’s a great way to be a student- if you could have had lessons when you were at school, going, “Oh, really? Oh, that’s great! No, I didn’t know that… Oh, that’s the bell! Bye!” Trouble is, the teachers would say, “Now write that out four times, and then I’m gonna test you tomorrow on stuff I’ve not told you about.”

I'm sure there's more, but I've got 5 hours to finish something I Will Not Miss. So I guess it should wait.
