healingmirth- Finished Oz. Took an inexplicable break mid-season-five that resulted in my majorly spoiling myself for some season six events. I honestly have no idea how I managed to read as much fic as I did without spoiling myself. Dumb luck with early-season fic, I guess. Am shaking fist of rage at show for making me cry, because I woke up sort of muzzy-headed today.
- Am ripping Sports Night off my shiny new DVDs to load some eps onto my ipod for travel. This is to provide a time-out space, in an attempt to curb my urge to shake fist of rage at the kids on the trip.
- Other possible attempts at time-out space consist of romance novel and several first-person accounts of modern military conflicts. Perhaps not the best choices for a mission trip where I am expected to be the quiet, responsible one. Oh, well.
- Have not packed my bag yet or started doing laundry. Perhaps I should do that while computer is doing computerly things.
- Seriously, WTH, headache? Have liberally applied both water and caffeine, the usual culprits, with negligible effect. Have not taken any painkillers, solely because am not entirely sure where the advil is.
- Started rereading TFATF longfic yesterday, not sure why.
- Would much rather write back-of-the-book summaries than actual stories, lately. Will perhaps try to bang out some Losers kink before I disappear from the internet.
- Raise your hand if you routinely forget, or do not know, what MFEO means. Seriously, every single time I start out with two different words entirely. Have perhaps spent too much time reading stories about Marines or cuss-laden guys in bands.
- Speaking of: must remember to not say "fuck" for the next ten or so days. At least not out loud.
