FOLGERS HOLIDAY COMMERCIALS, NEVER LEAVE ME! (also, I continue to be slightly teary-eyed at Coca-cola commercials. Don't judge.)

I have done all the laundry, and cleaned many of the things, so now I'm watching the Macy's Parade, and rereading bits of [personal profile] kate's SGA Drum Corps AU during the commercials. I ought to be making cranberry sauce and this year's futile attempt at pie pastry.

Huh. Apparently Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark (which must have some punctuation somewhere...?) is finally opening this weekend. Good for them.

The American Idiot cast was on the broadcast to sing Good Riddance, providing me yet another opportunity to giggle at the sight of Gerard Canonico. Also, Chase Peacock with his heart-hands at the end, how precious is he? The cast of Memphis was there to sing...something... the opening lyrics of which just made the whole muscial seem like everything that is wrong with Broadway.

Jimmy Fallon continues to be adorable, and I really wish that I was the sort of person who watched late night TV, but then I'd just have to choose between Fallon and Craig Ferguson, and I'm not sure I could do that.

I want to see basically everything that there's a commercial for. SO EXCITED for the return of The SingOff, and not just because it means more of Ben Folds being intelligent and charming on my television. CGI rabbit that plays the drums? Sign me up. (Apparently the actual movie is like The Santa Clause, except for Easter. I don't even care.) Yet another romantic comedy starring Reese Witherspoon and Paul Rudd? Okay!

I've got a free HBO preview through the weekend, and all of the episodes of Boardwalk Empire are available on demand, so maybe that's my plan for tomorrow. Even though I really should be doing canon review for Yuletide... December 20th is so close!

(Hahahaha, people dressed up as tap-dancing penguins! ♥ That totally makes up for all pop stars I've never heard of,)
