Dancing with the Stars, in short

This week was Samba/Argentine Tango/Swing, which has the potential to be the BEST WEEK EVER. Until everyone ruins their dance by, like, running into the things at the edge of the dance floor. And completely failing to grasp the style. At least Kate Gosselin's gone. Mainly I like the part where, every season, one of the dancers brings their partner to a samba club so they get a feel for the dance.

Evan, honey. Put the Spray-tan away. I've seen a lot of discussion of his fake-tan in skating fandom (mostly from Johnny Weir's PoV) but he looks so normal in the rehearsal footage! But tonight he was very homogeneous, and very... beige.

I find myself cheering for Pamela Anderson, which is something that I really never, ever thought I'd do. Ever. Really.
