Despite the fact that I grew up watching Star Trek: The Next Generation in its original run, I'd never seen any of the films with the TNG cast until I watched Nemesis tonight. I spent most of the movie trying to figure what was so familiar about Tom Hardy's performance, and I still haven't managed it.

I've only seen Bronson, Wuthering Heightsand RocknRolla, and I'm having a hard time remembering whether there are similarities there, or whether I'm remembering Eric Bana in the reboot and there's just some sort of Vengeful Star Trek Villain thing going on.

I also watched a lot of football today. It was mostly because I wanted to see Peyton Manning triumph over Michael Vick, so that was disappointing.
