Teen Wolf - Motel California
Hokay.
The same number of dead people as last episode! That's progress, right? one fewer if you count Gerard, so maybe not.
I watched most of the episode while playing solitaire in an attempt to not immerse myself and have nightmares. Ugh do I hate horror movies.
Cautiously supportive of this whole Jennifer and Derek thing, healing power of love, blah blah whatever. HOWever, I am not buying the making out progressing to full body contact while he's still got gaping wounds. Someone write her some competence with a little consistency please, maybe some boundaries. Bringing up the literary references to faking deaths was a great start before the detour into sex, and I can only hope this leads to her having continued insights. Also maybe introducing Derek to her therapist. Having a huge crush/being totally enamoured? Totally understandable, right? I just need a few more glimmers of something, anything, before I'm cool with the show commuting to her character.
I have been totally uninterested in Ethan, Aiden, and frankly all of S1 Danny as written, and I'm still pretty convinced that Ethan is just doomed to be leaden, but I really liked Danny's half of their scene, and then Ethan's freak out by himself. Maybe someday he'll figure out how to interact with people on camera!
Does this Alex Argent thing mean that Chris Argent is on... Scott's side against Deucalion? I'm a little unclear on whether he's got it in for Derek, or whether he thinks that his wife brought it on herself.

I don't really get Ms. Blake (her name is Jennifer? that is good to know!) either yet, but I do like their chemistry. Unfortunately, I fear she'll be dead before we get any character development, since Derek never ever gets to be happy.
I agree, Danny was great in the make-out scene and Ethan was great freaking out on his own! This is progress!
I so hope Chris is on their side now. He is too awesome to be off doing his own thing.

I'm not actually sure where I picked Jennifer up from, but it appears to be true? I would have said it was the show, but could have been fannish osmosis, and therefore subject to fanon...
