This has been bugging me for like two weeks, and I give up.

Counting Stars by One Republic - can someone remember for me which show used this recently-ish? This summer at any rate? I wanted to say it was Suits, because that was the only drama I was watching this summer, and because I'm certain I thought it was overkill for the subject of the montage ("everything that kills me makes me feel alive," really?). I've done a quick check of the episodes of Suits that I still have on the DVR, and didn't find it, but I suppose it could also have been the end of Covert Affairs or the beginning of Graceland.

I did find http://songsinsuits.tumblr.com in my googling, though, so that was fun.

I'm pretty sure it was used in an 'official' hockey vid - not a fannish one, one that was broadcast during the playoffs.

I thought that might have been an option in my scrambled brain - I checked the HNIC Canada montages - but I'm still stuck with this memory of the subject matter being a bit dissonant with the lyrics, and I think I would have been sold on hockey drama as a perfect match.

I've still got a couple NBC playoff games saved, maybe I'll check and see what they did for intros and recaps in case that shakes something loose.
