I? Am mostly watching hockey and occasionally adding random words to this stupid kidfic doc, but you should absolutely go leave someLewis prompts.
Annoying hip pain continues, and is apparently tendonitis, for which I will now have physical therapy twice a week for the next few weeks to see whether it helps. Always reassuring to have a doctor say that, "we'll see," rather than "this will fix it." Being old is the worst.
Also, my white coat hypertension has gotten worse to the point where the nurse said, "no, this isn't just a little elevated, this is like, heart attack levels." Wow, does my subconscious dislike doctors' offices, and I really don't think I can point to a reason why. Here's hoping that PT doesn't similarly stress me out.
