healingmirthI just had not so much a moment of panic, but definitely a moment of Yikes! when I realized that Yuletide nominations are scheduled to open on Monday. Two days! Too soon! Rob Thomas's (Matchbox 20, not Veronica Mars) terrible Christmas song came on my iPod on shuffle a couple days ago, and that was definitely too early.
Am *still* not yet caught up on Person of Interest, which is one of the fall shows that I'm going to try to keep up with, so I'd better get on that.
(Also planning on watching Sleepy Hollow, The Blacklist, SHIELD, Brooklyn 99, and Resurrection)
(Also also: Scorpion, and probably Gotham)
Gracepoint will have to knock it out of the park for me to watch more than the first and last episodes.
I think I would like to watch Forever, but stories where only one of the characters lives forever have been giving me a case of the sads - I think I blame Torchwood, but I'm not sure that's a more fair target than my own mortality, so...)
Instead, I spent most of my day rewatching The Avengers (way more Not Great than I remembered, in between the bits where characters I liked did things I liked) and Star Trek Into Darkness (way more entertaining than I remembered, with some distance from the uproar) and a bunch of ESPN'S 30 for 30 films, which I almost always enjoy because I never know a damn thing about the subjects going in.
