rageprufrock I am not really on the Merlin bandwagon, but I don't think I've ever met a well-written real-life/modern AU slash fic that I didn't like, and this is definitely one of those.
Merlin seems to be The Thing That Ate Fandom. I browse, at least, among Stargate: Atlantis and Supernatural. I suspect that what with the Britishness, it may have also made inroads with Torchwood/Who. I'm really not much interested, although I'm certainly willing to add it to my list of shows I will watch on DVD once they've been canceled someday. I just like reading better than watching TV, and it's probably fair to say that I also like the romance better than the actual plots of said TV shows.
