I was wandering around a museum exhibiton of ancient Greek and Roman sculpture today, idly considering how difficult it would be to learn to draw anything at all, much less accurately representative pictures, and I overheard the tail end of a conversation between a man and his two very young sons.

I would dearly love to know what (other than the statue they were facing) got this particular conversation started, but what I heard was this:

"...have surgery. It's called a foreskin. So now you know." (father hustles the kids out of the room)

Now, I'm not a guy, nor did I spend any time at art museums before high school, that I know of. I have no basis for comparison here. I'm thinking its unlikely that the dad took his kids to a museum to talk about anatomy, but I guess that's possible.

Now I'm totally curious about the conversation they would have had while standing in front of one of the statues whose manly bits were entirely (or perhaps more horrifyingly, partially) missing.
