The Unusuals

ABC keeps making me watch ads for The Unusuals while I'm catching up on Dancing with the Stars, so I gave in and checked it out tonight. Without actually knowing anything about the show.

Like a modern-day M*A*S*H, The Unusuals explores both the grounded drama and comic insanity of the world of New York City police detectives, where every cop has a secret. It also helps to have a twisted sense of humor, since every day could be your last.

Or so they say.

So far it seems like a good mix of madcap and casefile, with characterization and everything. It's entertaining, and I'm in no position to judge what makes Good TV anyway. I'll watch it *shrug* but I doubt I'm going to be heartbroken if it's canceled.

I ran across a post on the sg1_debrief f-list about the show just today and it has intrigued me! It looks entertaining anyway, so I may have to check it out.

And omg I cannot code links today. I am dangerous with a keyboard this evening.
