14 hours with my mother...

...is about 12 hours too long.

Tomorrow I will:

• have something to say about a day spent wandering around New York City with my mother
  
• have something to say about The Norman Conquest
  
• go back and (re)fix my fail editing job on the stuff that I reposted
  
• find the rest of the fic that is in some random not-my-journal post on LJ.
  
• read all that fic that I've been ignoring for the past 2-4 days
  
• maybe actually write one of the plotbunnies that have been chewing on my shoelaces for the past 2 weeks.
  
• maybe finally make that post about why I am a horrible writer, in the hope that claiming my flaws will make them magically disappear

but right now, I am freakin' exhausted

I'm just glad it was the day before Mother's Day, so I didn't have to spend the whole day feeling grumpy and guilty.

Considering that 14 hours with just about anyone is too much for me, I think we're lucky it went as well as it did.
