The LXD premiered on Hulu yesterday. I don't know if it's just me, or if the audio and video are slightly out of sync. It's probably just me.

I don't really understand what's going on - I think the first few episodes are supposed to be origin stories for characters? - but Ryan Hansen (of Veronica Mars and Party Down) was in the first episode as the jerk boyfriend who dared to mock the mad skillz of the protagonist.

I'm not sure why I was expecting better writing or acting than in Step Up 2, but I sort of was. The dancing's cool and all, but I'd sort of rather watch youtube videos of random battles.

I think we're almost to the point in SYTYCD where I'll be sad whoever gets cut. ( and then there were 8...or maybe 7 )

Also, Emmy nominations! ( or the Outstanding Choreography ones, at least )
