Could you describe the ruckus, sir?

In your own space, post a rec for at least three fanworks that you have created. It can be your favorite fanworks that you've created, or fanworks you feel no one ever saw, or fanworks you say would define you as a creator.

I wish I could write shorter things. I would write more of them! I love longfic, and occasionally have fic ideas that can only be served by longfic, but I really love scenes - slice of life, five things, all that stuff, and some of what I'm happiest with of what I've written are things that feel unresolved. Hopeful, almost always, but open-ended.

some of my favorites (so far - that's a lot of stories to read!) from this year's sg_rarepairings. I don't read much stargate fic lately, and I'm pretty sure this is the first thing I've read by these authors. As much as I love Rodney, I think I'm McShepped out for a while, so I was glad to find some variety.

Tell me what you want by wraithsinger Carter/McKay, PG-13. A return to the enormous but inappropriately expressed crush that Rodney used to have on Carter.

The trouble with Griks by world_of_blade Carter/Lorne, G. A mission results in an unpleasant addition to the Atlantis population.

Still Running by bluflamingo Lorne/Sheppard, PG-13. Aftermath of Lorne and Sheppard being stranded off-world together, interspersed with some Lorne character study. I'm still looking for words that adequately describe this, but suffice it to say that it's really good. She's got a few other excellent Lorne/Sheppard fics at her lj, along with other stuff I haven't had a chance to read yet.
